About

Stephanie Albanese is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist who received her Masters Degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work and Undergraduate Degree at Keuka College.

Stephanie has experience in a variety of settings including, schools, hospitals, and outpatient environments. Each environment has given her the opportunity to work extensively with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. She is a warm and empathetic therapist who brings a humanistic, trauma-informed approach to her practice.

Stephanie's approach is built with compassion and understanding while building therapeutic relationships with her clients specializing in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and other mental health challenges. She puts a focus on Play Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, DBT, and CBT. Her goal is to provide a safe space for healing and growth to occur.

Working along side with Stephanie is her trained service and therapy dog Zephyr. Zephyr has been working to support every individual thats walks into the therapy office/playroom. He brings joy, laughter, comfort, and enrichment to the therapy experience.
