Individual Therapy

Beginning the initial session with the 3W’s; Who you were, Who you are, Who you want to be. Let’s explore who you were. Let’s understand who you are and let’s begin to shape who you want to be! Taking these three steps can be scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. Step by step we will take a deeper dive into the person you were, are, and want to be.

Child/Adolescent Therapy

As a Registered Play Therapist, I understand that play is a form of communication. Through play, I will support your child’s learning and exploring their own emotions and how to effectively communicate them. Play allows your child to be themselves while maintaining a therapeutic relationship. While I offer play therapy, I work in conjunction with parents/guardians to build on the play therapy techniques at home. I offer Parent Coaching where we meet without your child to discuss what is needed to create a game plan to carry over the progress made in therapy into the home.

Working with a family system can be magical. Everyone has their different experiences and it is important to get to know everyone in the dynamic as well as their thoughts/feelings/beliefs. Together we can make the family bond stronger and build upon communication.
